This section is for folks who like to workout at home. Some of us have our favorite DVD that gets us up and moving. Some of us do calisthenics, and activities that don’t require an instructor or gym membership. For some of us, the requirement of having to get in the car and drive to the gym is enough of an excuse to de-rail our plans. We can check in here and provide the support and solidarity that comes from sticking to our excercise goals one day at a time.
