Any Shape or Form – Andrea Koehler

ASOF-AndreaAny Shape or Form creates a space to cultivate awareness about the limiting effect of body image issues, to help you give yourself permission to be YOU!

Mission

To help people identify and break down the limits they place on themselves because of the image they have of their body and to empower them to rewrite their story about what is possible – who they are, what they can be, what they’re worth, and what they’re truly capable of.

Description

Simply put, Any Shape or Form creates a space to cultivate awareness of and break down the limiting effect of body image issues, helping you give yourself permission to love the body that you’re in, and encouraging you to explore who you are and what lights you up – in ANY SHAPE OR FORM. Any Shape or Form is dedicated to

•Helping you rewrite the story you tell yourself about your body–

•Creating stories that reflect the true beauty, power, and possibility of your body, that allow you to love your body for all that it is AND all that it is not,

•Helping you understand the amazing tool you have and its ability to serve you in pursuing who you are and what you want in life.

It is time for you to know your worth and to live knowing the power, beauty, and possibility inherent in your body, whatever form it is or isn’t.

This world is better when people do the things they love, that “light them up”.  When you are ‘lit up’, you shine.  When you shine, others are inspired to shine alongside you – in Any Shape or Form.

Through Any Shape or Form, I am out to cultivate a tribe of people who understand that what is possible for them is not defined by the body they are in.  It’s time we all step up and be in OUR bodies and live full out. To free you from the impact that your body image has on your overall self-image and how to help you notice how you create limits for yourself in order to live within the walls of this image.

I believe it’s time to empower people to move beyond the small boxes they’ve confined them the layers of social expectation, judgment, through the “shoulds” and “shouldn’ts”, through the guilt at shame associated with not having a “normal” body.  It’s not about fitting in – it’s about living live to the fullest in ANY SHAPE OR FORM.ASOFsticker_3x3_logo_artwork
