Four Fitness Principles

Four Fitness Principles are: Strength, Flexibility, Stamina and Mental Focus. All of these Principles are achieved through Repetition and Practice.

Identify three ways in which you are strong and three strengths you would like to have; three ways you are flexible and three ways you would like to be more flexible; three ways you have stamina and three ways you would like to increase your stamina and three ways you are Mentally Focused and three ways you want to increase your Mental Focus.

When you work out, keep in mind in what ways you want to be strong when you do strengthening exercises; in what areas of your life you want to be more flexible when you stretch; what you want more stamina for when you do Cardio Drills, and the various ways you can use increased Mental Focus when you are cranking out the last few minutes of a challenging workout
