Having Abs Means Eat Whatever You Want, Right?

This is so true. We talk about the hard work of exercise, but we forget how easily it can be undone by a junky diet.

Getting rock-hard abs is hard. Keeping rock-hard abs is harder. 

For many of us, eating healthy is a challenge. My challenge is satisfying my sweet tooth. Before giving in to something sweet I ask myself, “is it really worth it?” 

I HATE hearing people say “you have abs, so you can eat whatever you want.” NOT TRUE. If that were true, I’d eat Cold Stone Ice Cream, Lifesaver Gummies, and Oreos EVERYDAY. But seriously…

If you haven’t heard by now, “abs are made in the kitchen”. Creating a sexy physique comes from 70% of what you eat and 30% of what you do in the gym. Spending hours of strength training and ab workouts are pointless if you continue to eat food with no nutritional value.
