Beware of Over training…

This is a short, but helpful post on what to look for to see if you are pushing yourself too hard.  For most of us, especially beginners, that isn’t our problem.  Our challenge is to establish the habit and make sure we don’t injure ourselves as we are starting to expect more out of our bodies.  However, once we get the habit established, this is something to look out for.
